   • price below 500 000 EEK — 5 - 6 %
   • price above 500 000 EEK — 3 - 5 %
   • Renting out flats, houses, summer cottages and office spaces:
   • period over 6 months  — monthly rental priceā
   • rental price over 25 000 EEK — mediatory cost as agreed
   • Purchase-sale of land plots(real estate):
   • price below 200 000 EEK — 7 - 10 %
   • price 200 000 - 500 000 EEK — 5 - 8 %
   • price above 500 000 EEK — 3 - 6 %
2. Consultations:
   • appraisal of site — at 150 EEK
   • legal advice and purchase-sale deals advice 500 EEK/h
   • in case of signing the agreement on purchase-sale, rent or mediatory service — free of charge
3. Appraisal:
   • houses starting at 2000.- EEK
   • summer cottages,land plots at 1750.- EEK
   • flats(typical) at 1200.- EEK
   • flats(exlusive and at price of 1,500000  EEK and above) at 1750.- EEK
   • transportation cost 3.- EEK/km, if the site is located further than 20 km from Tallinn.
